Short answer
What is CoachArc Live? CoachArc Live is an upcoming feature that pairs CoachArc's AI coach with a certified human coach who reviews the training a member has actually logged and sends back specific written notes. Reviews are purchased individually rather than as a monthly coaching retainer, and CoachArc Live is not open to members yet.
Does CoachArc Live cost extra on top of membership? Yes, reviews are bought one at a time and are separate from the CoachArc membership. Membership pricing does not change whether a member uses CoachArc Live or never books a review.
Can a CoachArc Live coach give nutrition or medical advice? No. Coaches on CoachArc Live advise on training only. Nutrition guidance comes from CoachArc's own coaching system, and anything clinical routes out to a qualified healthcare professional.
When does CoachArc Live open? CoachArc Live has not opened to members yet. Joining the CoachArc waitlist is how to be notified when it does, and there is no charge until a review is booked.
A person reads the training you actually did
You request a review and a certified coach opens the sessions you logged — your loads, your progressions, your recovery — then sends back written notes on what to change and what to keep. They review against the same training history the AI coach has been working from, so the notes arrive in context instead of starting from a blank intake form.
Bought per review, not per month
Reviews are purchased one at a time, when you want one. There is no second coaching subscription, and your CoachArc membership price is the same whether you use CoachArc Live or never book a review. The coach keeps the large majority of what you pay; CoachArc takes a platform fee to run payments, delivery, and support.
Training only, by design
Coaches on CoachArc Live advise on training. They do not give nutrition or medical guidance, and anything clinical routes out to a qualified professional. That boundary is enforced by the product rather than left to each coach.
Not open yet
CoachArc Live has not opened to members. We would rather launch with enough vetted coaches to answer quickly than open a marketplace with nobody in it. Join the waitlist to be told the day it opens — nothing is charged until you book a review.
